Gifts

Yes! We’ll gladly gift wrap your order, free of charge. We can even include a handwritten note to the recipient to make your gift extra special. Just let us know it’s a gift and what you’d like to say (if anything) in the ‘Order Notes’ section after adding the item to your cart and we’ll take care of the rest.

Of course! Simply input their shipping information during checkout and we’ll mail the package directly to them.

Sizing

Our gear generally fits true to size, meaning, if you usually wear a medium, then a medium should work for you. For detailed sizing information, take a look at our sizing chart here.

Shipping

Typically, we mail orders out within 48 hours after receiving them. If there is a delay in processing your order due to an incorrect shipping address or billing information, we will contact you within 48 hours to resolve the issue, and get your order shipped out promptly.

We typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, though other options are available depending on your location and preferences.

Yes, however the customer is responsible for covering any duties or import fees associated with international shipping. If you are ordering internationally, it is in your best interest to familiarize yourself with the tax and duty laws in your country, to avoid any unexpected charges. Depending on the country, the customs and brokerage fees can cost up to 25% of the value of the goods.

Depending on the destination country, the customer may need to visit their local post office to pick up their package. Any customs fees that are due will be collected by the post office at that time. Oftentimes, customers are not notified that they need to pick up their package and can call/visit their local post office with the tracking number.

If the package cannot be located, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping provider. If the package is not picked up by the customer and it is returned to Kaden, we will issue a refund for the item (not including the shipping). While we understand that shipping issues are frustrating (and not that common), once the shipping courier has picked up the item and issued a tracking number, the package becomes the shopper's responsibility.

While we hope that this doesn’t happen (and it rarely does), lost, stolen or misdelivered packages can be very frustrating. Our policy is that we are responsible for the items until they are dropped at the customers' designated place. Once the shipping courier has confirmed delivery, the package becomes the shopper's responsibility. If package safety is a concern for you, we recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail shipping which comes with tracking and $100 worth of insurance.

About Kaden

The Kaden logomark (the geometric shape without the words) has a number of hidden things within it:

1.) The logomark is a sideways letter “K,” rotated clockwise 90 degrees.

2.) The three geometric shapes illustrate a mountain with two clouds above, to represent nature and our love of the mountains.

3.) The negative white space created by the punched-out letter “K” illustrates a clothing hanger, to represent our roots in apparel.

The name was inspired by the cadence of cycling, which is the pedaling rate or number of revolutions of the crank per minute.

All of our custom designed cut-and-sew garments are proudly designed and manufactured in the United States. Occasionally, we may source items like hats or casual t-shirts from reputable providers outside the US and have them embroidered or screen printed within the US.

All of our product names were inspired by our favorite bike trails, trail networks, mountains, or cycling regions.
